Tassadar didn't seem to speak much, but in the end that didn't bother Londo. He liked to hear himself speak. Certainly he wanted to find out more about the other alien. He could let that take time. By all accounts they weren't going to win the war for another few years. Longer if G'kar started fighting for them. A Narn on their side meant they'd be losing for sure.
