Megumi crouched behind a brick building's corner, peeking around to see what was happening. It was kind of annoying not to have anything useful she could do. She watched Saitou take on the creatures up ahead-- and was so intent on doing so that she didn't even notice when a furry feeler tapped her on the behind.

At least, she didn't notice the first time. The second time, she swatted it away and whirled around, ready to go ballistic on whomever thought they had the right to try something like that-- only to find herself staring up into the face of a gigantic ant.

Megumi didn't stop to think. She whipped off one of her wooden geta and whacked the big on the face with it, shouting to try and scare it off.
