Description: Gokudera is a broodmuffin on the roof (he's homesick, not that he'll admit it to anyone) and Tsuna comes to cheer him up.




He's not a terribly broodish type, but even he gets in moods where he just needs his own time, his own space, to think. It's already been several weeks - a couple months, really, - since he landed here. Once he got used to the idea he might be here for a while, things became a little easier. With Tsuna close by, it felt like it didn't really matter what happened; he's still at the side of the person he cares about the most, so why was he feeling so...homesick? At this point he's even starting to miss Yamamoto's stupid laugh, Ryohei's ridiculous antics and - not that he'd ever, ever admit it out loud to anyone: sometimes he even misses Lambo's obnoxious voice (those moments pass quickly, or so he tries to tell himself).

So now he's at the rooftop, thinking, smoking, and trying not to be homesick. He'll go in in a few minutes, though; he doesn't want to worry Tsuna.

Tsuna had known that Gokudera needed his space. It was kind of obvious, really. So he'd gone out, done some things around the city, seen friends, and generally left Gokudera to enjoy the space in their apartment. Once Tsuna was sure it would be okay to return, that Gokudera had enough of the quiet, he comes home with dinner. Except that Gokudera isn't anywhere in sight.

Had he not known him as well as he does, Tsuna might be concerned.

However, instead, he places the boxes of food in the fridge before heading out to look around the communal in all the usual places. Last place, of course, is the roof. So with very little apprehension, he wanders out onto the roof, spotting him immediately and heading over, taking a seat beside him. While he doesn't say anything at first, Tsuna leans against his side, reaches out with the resonance a bit, hopes it's a comfort.
