Characters: Kasuga and YOU
Location: In/Around/On top of(???) Holocaust Mall
Rating: PG/PG-13
Time: Nov 18, Mid-Day
Description: After the battle Kasuga is in need of need of new clothing and so... very unsure.
While Kasuga had spent night after night since her arrival through the shopping district, flitting from one building to the next, she found actually going there to shop to be incredibly daunting. She had spent time on top of the Holocaust Mall, how hard could it be to go inside and just get what she needed? Yet, that seemed to be the problem.
Since her clothing had torn in battle, Kasuga had found a simple happi to wear temporarily until she found something else. What she needed was something easy to move in, something she could work, train and battle in without a worry that pieces of clothing would fly loose or snag on something as well as hide her kunai in easily.
After a deep breath the blond kunoichi stepped into the mall, eyes going from one storefront to the next nervously as she clutched her hand to her chest and nervously eyed the display in each window. It became clearer than ever that she did not understand the wears of the people of Death City. Perhaps it was futile to go alone without the aid of someone that might know what they were doing.

"Ah, you did mention not being accustomed to the clothes here..." she trailed off, putting some careful consideration into her words. Ah, that's right. "How about we look around together. Though, I don't know much about Death City, its fashion doesn't seem so different from Fiore. Plus, having some girl time out is always nice." And, just in case her words weren't nearly reassuring enough she grinned, giving the thumbs up.
"Leave it to me, okay? I will definitely be sure to give you the best advice!"

As it were, Kasuga was not used to any sort of bonding besides the quiet times she spent with the warlord she served. Girl bonding was almost unheard of. "Where do you suppose we try first...?"

"What colors do you like?" she asked nonchalantly as she started making her way towards the store; though about one-fourth of the way, she glanced back over at Kasuga. Was she going to be okay?

"I- Colored was not something I particularly considered, though I believe I am best suited to black."

“Black sounds good!" She paused considerately as she analyzed the store from the outside. "There seems to be a lot of black clothes in that aaaand ... that section of the store,” she said, pointing here and there from the front of the store. Shopping always had this way of easily exciting her. "Your usual clothes are pretty well-fitted so I think we should take that into consideration as well when looking for something.” Plus, Lucy could relate on that end; baggy clothes were just ill-fitting and not very practical for physical activities (including but not limited to guild antics and battles).

Realizing that she should probably say something, Kasuga nodded in response. "If you do not mind, I will leave it to you."

Though, it took her about a good ten minutes, she finally limited her decision between three outfits. (And obviously, they were tight, dark-toned and slightly revealing but that's nothing new.) Smiling to herself and feeling entirely accomplished, she held them out for Kasuga to see.
"So? What do you think?"

After a moment's hesitation, she voiced her necessary concern, "How do they go on?"

"...did that help at all?"
