[Event Log] Mission #203 - Argentina, Bolivia and Chile
Characters: OPEN to those who signed up for the mission here.
Location: Argentina, Bolivia and Chile
Rating: Varies
Time: June 16th
Description: It's time to bring our comrades home. If they resist, talk some sense into them. And by that we mean knock them out and drag them back.
Early in the morning, all mission goers were gathered in front of Shinigami's mirror. Those who needed them were handed weapons to take along.
Once Shibusen personnel had every divided into three groups based on their destination, they began to set out.
The team headed to Argentina headed out first, followed by the team headed to Bolivia and finally the one headed for Chile.
All three arrive at different destinations but the atmosphere there were similar: quiet and grim. They will set out from the town and fan out from there.
The goal? To find the ones who were lost.

[Asura and Rosalia | Closed to Hades]
She shuffled a little closer to Asura, frowning. She couldn't call out. Not with many of their other friends somehow set off as they were. "I hope he's okay..."
no subject
Asura kept a close watch as he glanced around whilst keeping near to Rosalia. In all honesty, he wouldn't want to have helped Hades. He was a god after all, and Asura would forever despise their kind. But, right now? Considering it sounded like someone actually did care about him, he tried to keep his disgust to a minimum.
"Well, knowing him, he's probably lazing about like the bum he is." he snorted. "Can't even be arsed to hurt someone, so he might end up being more of an annoyance, if anything."
no subject
It would be out of his usual self, but isn't that what Madness did? It caused people to go crazy out of fear, anger, or other emotions. If they did have to fight, she made sure to call a healer to be on hand. Dr. Holiday wouldn't be able to. She shook her head and smacked her cheeks lightly; it shouldn't result in fighting she hoped.
no subject
His head turned slightly as he looked over his shoulder, with his eyes full and clear with concern.
"You gonna be okay?"
no subject
"I'll be fine. I'm just a little worried we'll have to take him home sick." Maybe he wouldn't be so terribly affected because he was a god, but BREW had made him mostly human. She couldn't predict what effects might happen.
"I really should thank you for helping me."
no subject
Not that Asura was completely serious about it. Sure, it was a dry way to lighten the mood, but he had to try. He wasn't going to let anyone be sad for too long, especially with the younger people.
"He should take better care of himself too, in fact! Seriously, doesn't he know how many people's feet he could injure if he keeps lying around?"
no subject
"He really should. He doesn't remember to eat all that often... I've been thinking about making him lunch and making sure he eats that much at least."
no subject
At that, he nearly tripped over.
"Ahhh, you don't need to go that far! Just...just teach him the basics. He's already old enough, he doesn't need to be coddled!!"
no subject
"True... I'll show him how to cook then."
no subject
The god was standing on a small gravel bank, appearing to be enraptured with watching something that was not far away in the water. His long hair pooled around his body and below his feet like a sea of the darkest ink - too dark, maybe? -, its tips vanishing into the earth like roots of a tree.
If he had noticed them he didn't show it.
no subject
Whatever it was that Asura wanted to say, he didn't finish it. He immediately stopped in his tracks as he saw the familiar shape, and raised an guarding arm in front of Rosalia.
"...stay behind me." he whispered over to her. He started up his steps again, but with more caution this time.
"Geez, even with all that's happening right now, you still manage to be a bum. How disappointing!" he called out. It was probably more or less what others would consider a dumb move, but he had to get his attention somehow. "By the way you lazy ass, just standing there is not a way to catch fish! If you want it, then do something already!!"
no subject
Jumping silently when Asura began to yell across to him, she bit her lip. Should he really be saying all of that? Hades didn't seem to get mad - really, he didn't show that much emotion - but who could say right now. Maybe he would come along peacefully? Somehow?
no subject
The dark god still failed to react to Asura's words, although he had heard him and knew that it would agitate the other man. Which was sort of the idea.
no subject
No, he shouldn't hesitate, not even for a second, Asura thought as he shook his head. Though, his annoyance had risen a bit, along with the feeling of wanting to get it over with already.
"Oi, quit fooling around!" he barked, before he reached out to grab at his shoulder.
no subject
She didn't know if Asura was taking the best course of action, but she followed him, still making sure to stand some distance behind.
"Hades, are you feeling alright?"
no subject
Again his face seemed to melt into countless others before it reshaped and more or less fixed itself in the visage everybody was familiar with in this world. For that his horns stated twisting and turning like living tree roots every time one took their attention from them.
Meeting them with a look that didn't really see them, he finally acknowledged "Your thoughts are awfully loud. Can't you see that I am busy?"
no subject
Okay, that was (and felt) a little unnerving. For a moment, he felt as if he was staring into the deepest abyss. It wasn't for too long though, as the shifting faces snapped Asura out in an instant, and his expression turned into one with even more caution than ever.
"Yeah, right. If doing nothing is what you call busy, then I don't want to hear it. Now, let's get back, geez!"
Not wanting to budge, Asura reached out for him again, determined not to fail this time.
no subject
Asura's words had her nodding in agreement. "Yeah. We should get out of here. Besides, you'll get overheated out here..." Maybe now wasn't the time to discuss health, but his black fur. Hopefully Hades would come along.
no subject
"I am listening to the last thoughts of a person who died here earlier this year. Two men and a couple of children. Probably a guide or driver and a teacher with a group of students." One of his ears twitched lightly as if it were moving to better catch a sound. "One of the adults and some of the kids are already dead, and the rest is all dying. The adult left has the choice between saving himself or attempting to save some of the kids."
His face twisted into a cruel expression of happiness, the way a passionate wine-drinker would test an exceptional new brand with. "This is the best part, don't you think?"
