[OPEN] New Toys
Characters: Six, OPEN
Location: Murder Manor, parking garage
Rating: G
Time: June 8th, 2010, evening
Description: Six splurges a little money to get his team a set of wheels.
Six had a habit of browsing online auctions when he felt he needed some new equipment that he could afford to lose if something went wrong. During his months in Death City, it quickly became apparent that he and Holiday would have a much easier time of things driving whenever they could rather than running or hailing a taxi all the time. With Biowulf in the mix...well, perhaps the next thing he should invest in was a side car when they had a little more cash.
His offer of D$2000 had been the winning bid, the most that the seller had been able to gain interest in their machine. On top of that, Six had even convinced him to paint it that custom green he liked so much. He needed to get some helmets though. As he finished registering the vehicle with Murder Manor, he sent a call to Holiday to let her know that he was downstairs in the parking garage.
Very likely she was going to tell him that he was going to kill himself, but he'd learned to drive on a motorcycle.

In the back of her mind, she already knew what it was and Holiday went down to the parking garage to see it first hand. The green paint job didn't surprise her either.
She blinked at the new set of wheels. Any comment she was going to make was on it's way. Right now, she's a bit surprised by the splurge.

"Should make things easier to get around when on missions."

Death trap.
"Are you sure about this? How long ago have you last drove one? How much experience do you have on them? Where's the helmets?" Worried mother mode has kicked in, Six.

Well, she trusted him and Holiday gave a little smile of her own before calming down. "I like the color."
... She could have helped pay for it, Six.

He at least knew his way around a motorcycle engine so he could do any maintenance work on it himself.
He motioned for her to come closer. "You want to sit on it? See how it feels?"

At his question, her eyebrow rose a bit and she looked at the thing. It wasn't like she hadn't been on one before, or even ridden on one, but she was still wary of the things.
At least she wasn't wearing the skirt since she was off from work today.Holiday grips the bar with one hand and easily gets on. "It's comfortable," she says almost surprised.

She wants to go for a test drive, but helmet first.
"Thank you, Six. You should have told me about it. I would have happily paid for half." Or more. He did surprise her with their apartment.

"Want to go for a drive once I find a helmet?"

It'd be especially useful when trying to chase down kishin eggs.

... "We should get insurance first. Do they have that here?" Because she could easily see a Kishin Egg eating the bike at some point.

Particularly for anyone running missions for Shibusen. Really, it was easier to pay out of pocket. Cost less in the long run, too.

"Then a test drive."

Really, jets were much more complicated and he could fly those just fine.

this is a kind of not there but six can know hes there oR SOMETHING idk where hes hiding btw HAHA
He hadn't exactly been following Six so much as he took note of when Six was nearby. At least, he assumed this man was Six, and his suspicions were confirmed when Dr. Holiday strolled up to the green-suited man and his apparently very new motorcycle.
A very nice motorcycle, too.
He watched them for a bit before starting to make his way back to his apartment. Without constant COBRA threats or watching out for Shana, he really didn't have much to do in his free time besides train. This realization was...unfortunate for him.

What did surprise him, however, was that he couldn't get an idea of just where those eyes were. Whoever was watching was very good at hiding indeed.
He needed to find this person. He didn't like the idea of someone with the potential to jab a knife in his back lurking about.
