Description: Welcome to Death City!


The city was in good shape today, despite the recent attack to it and the unfortunate earthquake a month back. The damages to the city had been repaired best as they could, and everything else was covered in a healthy heap of decor for the upcoming Valentine’s Day.

Things were a bit somber, as was expected after so many of the residents lost their loved ones. Fortunately, if there was something Death City was good at, it was getting back on its feet after a fall.

Here, have a thirteen year-old.

"You're allowed to talk," Dave said as he approached the other. His hands were shoved into his pockets, the nonchalant expression in place. "Welcome to Death City. I will be your wonderful tour guide up until you leave this place. Please keep your hands and feet inside at all times to avoid injury. Now that I've covered that, you have any questions?"

Touma responded quickly, his expression unchanging.

"I'm alright for now," was all he said.

Oh. A stubborn one. That's cool.

"Really? You just here for sightseeing then? Not interested in knowing about the crazy bullshit you're suddenly involved in? Cause you aren't exactly gonna ollie outtie this place anytime soon," Dave replies, focusing his attention on the other now.

"Of course I'm interested," Touma said. "But for right now, I'd rather observe."

"If you have questions, you can just ask. That's basically why I'm here," Dave explains. "Everytime the BREW brings in people, they have a bunch of us who's been here longer help you guys out. Of course, if you rather speak to someone who probably knows more than me, I can dig that too. Just trying to get you acclimated before everything decides to hit the fan. You'll probably get toured around Shibusen and you probably want to hit up the people who'll tell you if you're a Meister or Weapon."

"I see. Thank you. That will likely be my next stop."

"Don't get lost. The city is kind of big. But people will probably tell you how to get there anyways," Dave replies with a light shrug. With so many people about, the other would be fine.
